Heavy-Duty CBRN Protective Suit

Made of multi-layer high-performance isolation membrane materials, the air-tight protective suit with a built-in positive pressure respirator is suitable for emergency rescue and handling in environments with chemical agents, radioactive aerosols, biological warfare agents, and toxic and harmful industrial chemicals. Complete set includes: heavy-duty protective suit, integral gloves, integral boots, impact-resistant outer box.

Parameters:

1. The protective suit has a permeation time of >480 minutes for acetonitrile, carbon disulfide, ethyl acetate, n-hexane, methanol, 30% chlorine dioxide, 96% sulfuric acid, tetrahydrofuran, and toluene. For acetone, the permeation level is ≥ Level 4, and for dichloromethane and 99.9% ammonia, the permeation level is ≥ Level 3.

2. The protective suit has an abrasion resistance of ≥2000 cycles, flex cracking resistance of ≥50000 cycles, tear strength: warp ≥100N, weft ≥70N; breaking strength: ≥2000N, puncture resistance: ≥60N, and seam strength >440N.

3. The protective suit is flame-retardant and can be decontaminated as a whole.
