Positive Pressure Air Respirator

A positive pressure air respirator mainly includes an air cylinder, a face mask, a pressure reducer assembly, an air supply valve, and a harness.

Working Principle:

The positive pressure open-circuit respirator uses compressed air. When the user opens the cylinder valve, high-pressure air passes through the cylinder valve and pressure reducer, undergoing a first stage of pressure reduction to output medium-pressure air at approximately 0.7 MPa. This medium-pressure air is then delivered through the medium-pressure air hose to the supply valve. The supply valve further reduces the pressure of the air in the second stage according to the wearer's inhalation needs. The reduced-pressure air then enters the mask for the wearer to breathe. The exhaled air is expelled through the exhalation valve on the mask into the atmosphere. This ensures that the air always flows in one direction without backflow.

A positive pressure air respirator is a type of positive pressure breathing protection device. It is equipped with a full face mask that provides a wide, clear field of vision, fits well against the face, and is airtight. During use, the pressure inside the full face mask is always greater than the surrounding atmospheric pressure, making the air respirator safe and reliable to wear.
